Christoph Weber is the third generation of the Weber family to run the Hotel an der Gruga in Essen, which was founded by his grandfather in 1956. He has his roots in the hotel and restaurant industry and has gathered many years of experience: in Paris, London, New York, San Diego, Hamburg and with his own restaurant raum.eins. A first-class service is his top priority.
